This chicken lollipop recipe is usually taken as a horse diver or appetizer dish. Although not everyone knows, this chicken dish is made from chicken wings. In the Philippines, the chicken lollipop is considered a staple dish and it is prepared in a simpler way than chicken lollipop dishes from India and other countries. It is served with hot white rice.


This dish bears a great resemblance to Asian Pan Fried Chicken, while it takes some time and effort to prepare.

How to prepare Chicken Lollipop

Preparation is true for this vessel. The cooking process is easy. New babies can also use this method to cook tender crispy fried chicken wings until the wings are properly prepared.

The chicken wings need to be cut into two pieces, we need widgets and dramatic parts. Save the bar for future use. It can be used as an ingredient for chicken stock.
